Web African Bad service when it comes to customer service

Guys really why is it so hard to get hold of you when theres a technical issue. If you call your number they ask you to whatsapp for quick response , my wifi is off since this morning and i still cant speak to you guys to get it sorted i am still waiting on whatsapp for you to connect me to an agent i am working from home and cant work ,
