WEB AFRICA WORST SERVISE EVER!!!!!

This is the worst company to deal with ever. The only way to communicate with them is via watsup and the people they have there do not know what they are doing. They are rude and have no idea how to help you. They will make you wait 20, 30 min before they answer you and most of the time they don't understand what you are saying or asking. I spoke to Alicia, she could not help me or answer my question. Spoke to Katlego who also could not understand what I am saying or what is going on. Then he/she when on by accusing me of lying. I have never experienced such bad customer service. They don't even deserve one star. Do not use them as your service provider, it will just cost you a lot of headaches.
