Web africa worst service ever

Terrible we received our rooter and box more than a week ago and still no service line..my husband has spend dont know how much on telephone costs to them....every time they log a call but without any sucess...how can you pay for something you dont have...we are at a point that they must just fetch everything and cancel...i wont refer them at all...its a nightmare...worst service ever..
