Web Africa Worst Service Available. Stay away!

It’s the second time I take up web Africa for my wig if services.

The first time I cancel was due to poor service and communication.

Now after signing up for a month, after losing my SIM card I was told to cancel my service and re order a new one.. yet I had just paid my monthly bill.

A month later and I am still without new sim car. I have spoken to many countless agents on WhatsApp without assistance.

Do not expect to receive a response anytime soon when dealing with web Africa’s WhatsApp “service” consultsants.

As I type this I am still waiting for a response from a WhatsApp text I sent an agent exactly 2 hours ago!.

My bill i due and I haven’t used a single gig.. just because I lost my sim swap.

I never really thought companies could be this bad at service and communication. I thought everyone was just being extra.

A good deal is not worth any of this believe me!
