Have you ever wanted a company to just close all your tickets with 0 replies and the Fault still being an Issue? Do you want Dismal Customer Service and People who don't really care that you are paying them for a service that they don't actually care to Provide Where your tickets will remain open for months on end and they will just lie to you saying it's being escalated or it's not their problem Then WEB AFRICA is the service for you?

Actually disgusting I reported this last year they don't Reply nor do they care However they Will Happily take your money and feed you lies. Most pathetic service I have ever had since this LTE migration but hey so long as their books look good who cares about the customer right?
