Web Africa Worst ISP!! Never use them!!
Dear Webafrica and all future clients.

I am sorry it had to come to this. But it seems as if the only way, WA listen, is if you complain on a platform like this.

For the past week, I have experienced terrible internet connection with regards to the ADSL line of 0.14mbps, which is supposed to be 4mbps. I have contacted support numerous times. NO one answers the phones, there is no livechat support and my support tickets never gets answered. Now, if any company experiences \high call volumes""; as a result of my slow connection speed. I am really ****ed off!

I cannot cancel my contract without being billed R500 for an extra month.

I have had it with Web Africa. They are by far the worst ISP in South Africa!! I would NOT recommend any of their services to anyone. They make it easy and quick for you to sign up; but the AFTER-SALE support is terrible!!
If it happened once;then I can understand. But once it becomes a habit...

Can you please cancel my contract and return my line to Telkom soonest"""
