Web Africa worst ISP

Web Africa is one of the worst ISP companies . We paying for a 20meg uncapped fiber line . But most days its 5meg of less for that matter. We had the service for one year and the pushed the proce up . We been struggling for months now to sort out the problem with the bad line speeds . The package we paid for is unshapped and untrottled but the is nou way that they even offer this . We been phoning and placing tickets to the problems where they close out the ticket without sorting out the problem. When you phone the and say you have a problem with line speeds and disconnecting fiber they asked you to plug you laptop in and fault find. My laptop doesn't have the cat 5 connection and the they leave it there without send a maintenance team out with a otdr to come and have a look what's the problem. I'm taking my business somewhere else where customers get a service and the help they need. The price went up after the first year aswell with R250 and there no service. I don't mind paying for good service but this is rediculios. Web Africa don't even deserve that one start.
