Web Africa Worst Internet Provider

Stay away from Web Africa. Internet worked only for a week after paying almost 1k for set up and pro rate fees. The router stop working, They were supposed to send a new router after I followed up when delivery will take place I was informed my order was cancelled without any valid reason. I cancelled the service and sent the faulty router back. They even confirmed they received the router. They now had the audacity to still take another payment. Paying for a service that is not even active, worst customet service ever!!!!!!!
