on the 31st of January 2023 I made an online purchase for fibre onbweb africa home fibre new connection on line and I paid R246, since they have promotion, when I called the call center no one knew how far was the process of the fibre router that was to be installed, I tried to cancel so that I can get a refund and still no refund, Webafrica is unprofessional and acting like a bogus organization, I wouldnt advise people to make online purchase for Webafrica.
