Web Africa worst company ever to deal with.

I have been trying to sort out a connection problem since July 2024. I have not been able to use my wifi since then. I have tried numerous times to get the matter sorted out using their whatsapp system as they do not have a telephone number i can actually speak to a person. Now they send me emails stating i must pay them their premiums since July 2024 or they will hand me over to debt collectors and i will be black listed. I have been trying to get to speak to someone in their legal collections department by sending emails and requesting to speak to them on their only way of communication whatsapp, but since July 2024 they have not been able to get someone to call me so i can discuss the matter. I have screenshots of all whatsapp correspondence as well as all the emails sent to them, yet they are not even interested to speak to me. I have even returned their router because they wanted to charge me R999 for that as well.

Web Africa is the worst network i have ever dealt with. Stay clear of these people.
