Web Africa what's the F is wrong why is everyone i speak to giving me a fkn different story

I have been struggling since Friday to get my sim card unlocked where an agent of Web Africa locked my sim, i have been following up each and every day since last week Friday. each one i spoke to is giving me a different story, yesterday they told me it was unlocked and the network just needs to be unlocked it would take 1 - two hours?? yet today the one tells me its locked ???
