Web africa what a joke

About a month ago a web africa consultant came to my House to offer there services. I then registered myself. The following week I received a call. Where I was told that as soon as the service is live in my area I would be contacted and I would then have to go make a payment. The service has now been live for weeks no one contacted me. I then make contact with them via what'sapp where I'm assisted by a Jasconia. Who then tells me there is 2 orders for me on their system and that I needed to confirm my address. She then tells me the service is not live in my area yet. I tell all my neighbors in the road has fibre how can that be. She ten send me some type of error message on their system that says it's not live in my road.. I get home the evening I go around to my neighbor who then confirms their connection and also confirms its web africa. I tell this to them I. What'sapp the next day and a different person assist me her name Melissa who tells me now there is no orders for me on their system. I mean do I even wanna be a customer if this is the service I'm getting now. I have screen shots of all the chats. Melissa puts me back to Jasconia. None of them took ownership of the wrong info thy provided me with. I'm still not registered. Can anyone recommend a good fibre company please..
