Web africa /vumatel

I have been on the phone with web africa for the past 3 day i work from home my wifi has been down for the past 3 Days and no one can seem to find the problem vumatel says its not a problem on there side they have deducted the monthly fee for a Service i haven't even used what kind of a business do this people run...if i should lose my job due to this i will be taking you guys to court!!
