Web Africa /Vuma pathetic service

Web Africa and Vuma is one of the worse company for fibre installation even if the adverti*****t seem inticeing.Last month I paid for fibre and installation.They scheduled an appointment but when they arrived they said the can not install fom the main house the need to install from my flat.I was informed to reschedule by Web Africa I tried numeroustimes via telephone and whatsapp but nothing.I'm just wasting my airtime.There service is pathetic.l just want a refund now.
