WEB-Africa/ Vuma ******ion and one of the Worst Companies

I bought a property 3 months back, However the previous owner advised that he could not (even though he attempted) the subscription was eventually cancelled two months later 1 October 2024 (NOW I KNOW WHY)

-I then got in contact with Web Africa( asking if I could do a transfer of ownership however I was advised it would take up to 3weeks +- to have this done I then immediately asked that they withdraw my request of which I was assured-I them approached Afrihost as I am working from home to get this issue sorted and to get my WIFI up and running Afrihost advised that VUMA will not release the ISP( the rights to the line) I then got in contact with Vuma advising that I need my line released as the previous owner had a plan with them and I have now purchased the property and need this issue sorted I was promised it was going to be sorted it is 23/10/24 and all the Service providers that I have asked to install a line at my property has advised that Vuma is not releasing the line until 1 November 2024-They told me after having multiple conversations with their(so called) live chat CS agents that the line has been opened to other providers-If you are with Vuma-Cancel Immediately they hold you at ransom just because they are a ****py service provider
