Web Africa very bad service

I'm just so upset with the fact that they disconnect us to connect someone else and we just have to accept that they will send a maintenance team out in 48 hour and 5 days later we still waiting to have the matter fixed... In the meantime, web Africa gets their money on time and in full every month and we just have to deal with our workplaces... apologize for why we are having issues... 5 days later and still waiting...and the service we get from the agents is terrible and useless.
