Web Africa very bad provider(middleman)

I requested a cancellation of service on the 26 July 2022, paid the claw back fee the same time as we were busy doing the cancellation on WhatsApp. Returned their router to their Centurion based partner and were told that as soon as Web Africa's personnel receive the mail the process will be finalized. I have 5 different case numbers and chatted to 7 different people on which the last reply from them was that they will get back to me. Nothing at all up to today. Spoke to a Nazeema and were promised that she will sort it out with no prevail, she does not even call me back let alone take my calls. They are deliberately sterilizing my fiber line to prevent me from going to another provider and are taking my money although i have returned the router. I even went to their listed office address The Boulevard Office Park, of Searle & Pontac Streets Cape Town just to find that they have moved without updating their physical address. I was also given a **** e-mail address by one of the consultants to prolong their delay tactics.
