Web Africa useless.

I have now been offline since 7th November 2021.

You can get hold of no-one through the web portal. They direct you to WhatsApp where you wait for approximately 1 hour before somebody responds. Now these agents are willing to assist but waste time having you look at lights on the ONT or router when they ought to know there's yet another outage on Frog Foot. More time wasted.

When they see there's an outage, there's no feedback, no ETA on anything. So you sit.

Paying over R1000/month and these fools have no regard or respect. So I inform them that due to their inability to provide a service or unwillingness to keep me updated I'm canceling the service.

Oh no sir, you can't do that as you have missed the cancellation window. 30 days notice, a calendar month, so they expect me to stay with them for another month. **** service, **** attitude but I must continue to pay.

Web Africa, you disgust me. I will have all I know cancel your **** show and you will not get another penny.
