Web africa - Unprofessional *******

Last year my Fibre connection was canceled, I paid the amounts requested however my internet connection was never restored, the month following that, November 2020, the debit order went off my account. Still I had no internet connection.

Eventually I received a call from collection when I cancel December's debit order, it was their collections department. I spoke to the lady, advised the problem and a technician came out to address the issue, he advised that my account was canceled at the back end and said there was nothing he could do.

After trying everything and speaking to more than 10 different people, NO OME COULD AND WOULD ASSIST.

It is now 5 months later and STILL no connection.

The only way of getting ahold of them is through whatsapp, the phone number provided for General enquiries firstly forces you to use the whatsapp method, however you can hold to speak to an agent.

I just held on for 20minutes and my call was not answered.

I have since tried to get another ISP and all I've been told is that it isn't possible until I receive a release of ownership letter from webafrica.

No one is willing to assist. I've paid for 2 months with no internet access, I now demand a refund for paying for services that can not be used.

I also demand a release of ownership letter.

Web africa, in my opinion, are a bunch of pathetic theives that are clearly making money from theft.

How its possible to run a business in the unprofessional manner that they do is beyond me.

If my needs are not met urgently, I will follow different avenues, together with every other frustrated client of web africa to obtain what was ****** from us.
