Web Africa unprofessional

I signed up for web africa and on that same day requested more info on costs thereafter. When they explained, I requested it be cancelled. Since then it has been a nightmare to get them to cancel. they haven't even done an assessment yet started debiting my account. I haven't signed any paperwork but they take my money. There is no service in place, no fiber, nothing...and they don't even respond to my emails, even those sent to *** Service is really pathetic and unprofessional.
