Web Africa unjustified bandwith throttling
I have using Web Africas services (home uncapped 2Mbps) for a few months now and up until a few weeks ago I was satisfied.

For the past month or more, Web Africa has been throttling my internet connection. I understand this since I am a heavy user, but the degree they do this makes the internet unable to load webpages like Google and youtube.(Useless) The internet I am using is also unable to effectivly send and receive UDP packets causing extreme packet loss.

I would like to preface my next paragraph by quoting directly from Web Africa's Website: \No

We can understand that having an extremely slow internet is beyond frustrating.
Our Home ADSL Uncapped services aren't shaped or throttled but prioritised according to the availability on the network. Moreover, the home uncapped service requires management from the customer's side because if a customer gets to 3 or 2 or 1 star rating, your connection will be de-prioritised during normal office hours. Furthermore, the Home ADSL Uncapped 2Mbps has the lowest threshold and priority during business hours. Therefore, I'd suggest you consider moving to the Home Capped service to avoid being de-prioritised and the star rating system.
Our guys have been trying to get hold of you on multiple occasions to follow up and to get feedback from you - but they've been unsuccessful to get hold of you.
Please contact our ADSL team on *** or inform them of a suitable time to contact you so we can resolve your query.
