Web Africa totally unreachable - bad service

Our internet has been down for 4 days without warning or communication from the service provider. We’ve been trying to find out what’s going on but their after multiple 40minute calls where we were made to hold we have no solution. Their customer and WhatsApp portals go unanswered as well. How do you serve customers but make it impossible for them to reach you??
