Web Africa - totally unhelpful

We have been battling for days to get our internet to work. Openserve have advised that all is in order so the issue now lies with Web Africa. As one cannot get to speak with a human and the website response is of no assistance whatsoever, this is no longer acceptable , given the high monthly cost of this ISP. I have asked online for them to call us or offer some explanation - nothing is forthcoming.
