Web Africa - *******. Plain And Simple. Dont Ever Use Them

web africa is the worst ISP ever. i upgraded to fibre. had to wait a few months until fibre was available and they sent frogfoot fibre to install. i still had my lte service running and was waiting for the fibre modem to be delivered which took almost 2 months btw. without even having the fibre working i was being charged for both the fibre and the lte. this went on for 3 months. i queried but got no help. eventually they simply say. Sorry its forfeited you should have cancelled your lte first. Downright Thievery......
