Web Africa The Worst Service Provider

On the 20th of January we ordered a new line and ISP service from Web AFRICA
taking two months to complete between Web Arica and Telkom. Not only did it take long Web africa ordered the wrong line and put on a 2 mb service
Web Africa sold us this service saying we would have more control over the line being able to reset ports and check line stability. which was not the case. after waiting two months we wanted to activate the line by calling web africa. I waited more than 30 minutes on the phone only to be told I need to call Telkom.
So we cancelled the line and requested it to be moved back to telkom, however the service got even worse. On the 12/03/2015 we spoke to a consultant Ismaaeel. who assured us the call has been logged and the migrate takes between 7 and 14 working days which we accepted. only to realise this is not the truth.
Yesterday 24/03/2015 I called telkom to see if the changes has been done. Only to be told there has never been an order placed. So I called Web Africa again and a lady confirmed that nothing was done and apologised. She gave me another ref for telkom only to hear it is not valid

Nobody should go through such shoddy service.
