Web Africa the worst ISP

The worst service provider ever..I will not recommend anyone to use it. Bad service since day one. You are not even able to be refered to manager ,due to us running a business we cannot be without wifi. We downgraded to a different package since December, January I did the same thing because it never materialized. Then then said it would change by the 1 of Feb. Guess what 1st of Feb came still nothing changed and we wanted to do payment for the new package but how can you make payment when it hasn't been changed. Worst thing ever we ended up being with out wifi from the Thursday up until now yesterday early morning we wanted the cancellation of web Africa the worst ISP as we want to go with another service PROVIDER. I received and email saying that cancellation is going to be done yesterday and I would be completely done by end of day with webafrica. Guess what it still hasn't been sorted I've been repeating myself with webafrica since Thursday and it's very FRUSTRATING!! To top it off we loosing out on business and money. Hello Peter please I'm getting dik now
