Web Africa the worst internet service provider!

I have had internet issues since last week, non of the agents at Web Africa is able to help me! I tried calling and I don't get through to anyone. All they say is we must use the WhatsApp chat which non of the agents are able to assist me! It is day 5 and still my internet is down! We are paying you for a service which we are not receiving! I would appreciate it if my internet problems are resolved promptly!
