Web Africa The Worst Customer Experience

I am experiencing ongoing issues with my home Wi-Fi, which is showing a "connected without internet" status for the past four days, thanks to Web Africa. In this day and age internet runs your entire household from TV, Fridge etc, school homework even is accessed via the internet, we work from home...

Initially, I was informed that the problem was with the fibre provider, FibreGeeks, who were allegedly responsible for the infrastructure issues. However, FibreGeeks responded promptly and resolved the issue the same day the call was logged. Since then, I have experienced nothing but delays and complications when dealing with Web Africa.

I have spent hours restarting and rebooting my router, all through WhatsApp communication, which has been incredibly time-consuming and frustrating. Each time I speak to a new agent, I have to repeat my situation from the beginning. As I work during the day, I cannot dedicate my time to troubleshooting at home. When I do manage to follow their instructions, I'm often left with only two hours for them to resolve my issue. I've received no calls or follow-ups regarding my case, and the last I heard was that a team was looking into it, but there has been no clear action plan communicated to me.

I feel abandoned in this situation, especially considering I’ve already paid my subscription for August. When I requested to cancel my service, the agent didn't acknowledge my request and instead continued to instruct me on various troubleshooting steps. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and the casual attitude displayed by the agents is unacceptable.

I have received no updates since the supposed escalation, and I have made up my mind to cancel and take my business elsewhere. It seems that even that may present issues. I am done with this level of service.
