WEB AFRICA THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER !!!!

i registered online fibre with web africa, but it was not yet live in my area so i CANCELLED it in October and took it with another service provider, on the 1st of December they debited my account for r78.00 and again on the 1st of January for r399, mind you they do not have a number to call and apparently does not do calls when i asked over chat for a manager to call me because the agents who i have spoken to was off no help, i spent hours on new years day chatting to useless staff who was off no help and so confused like they did not know their own job or the company they work for( i have all the chats screen shots of it and their names) only 1 guy helped me after hours and referred it to their invoicing team, and now i have to wait 30 days for MY OWN MONEY because that's their policy?? IT IS YOUR POLICY TO BE DEBITING ACCOUNTS WHOM YOU DO NOT PROVIDE A SERVICE TO ??? BECAUSE THAT IS ***** !!!!!
