Web Africa... The kind of service we have come to expect in Africa

A formerly excellent ISP becomes dreadful. I referred countless people to web Africa because of their superb support. I never had to wait long to have an issue dealt with and there was always a response from their helpdesk. No more. Now you can spend the better part of a day getting response from a helpdesk that seems somewhat bewildered when I state my problem. Internet I'm this day and age is not a luxury. It is required to do work. It is our livelihood and not to be taken lightly. My internet abruptly terminated this morning at 9.45. No changes in my side. All bills paid. Uncapped plan. No internet and worse, no able response from technical support. I'm gatvol. Will be changing ISP.
