WEB AFRICA the bad internet provider by far in SOUTH AFRICA and in The WOLRD

im disable person. since installed on 8 MAY 2022 i was every day with wbafrica. they give me run-around because i don't have a contract. i pay webafrica but according to them i have to pay openserve for a faulty ONT. since day 1 im struggle with web africa since day 1and my work depend on me working from home to have wifi/fibre. They want me to pay for a broken ONT. They also expect me to use my own data to check there faulty network they indicate i must deal with openserve, how is that possible i dont pay openserve don't even thought about using web africa people no wonder out of 54 ISP they are 54
