Web Africa - Terrible service and incompetence

Placed an order for LTE on 09/09/2019, paid the fees the very same day and did the RICA. Was told the router would be delivered within 3-5 working days. It is now 03/10/2019 and we are still struggling to get our router. Our debit order has gone off our account and we are being charged for it. The courier company for some reason keeps delivering to the CO owner home address...... the first order was cancelled due to this, so we re-ordered on 19/09/219.... And still waiting.... The service level is disgusting and laughable. Best is you never get to speak to the same person twice. Everyone says they will come back to me and no one does..... It's been a nightmare. Will definitely not recommend them!!
