Web Africa sux at support and returning calls!

Terrible at answering phones especially in Support dept. Waiting for an hour is ridiculous!! Also I contact support via email, no one has yet to get back to me. I was told they gonna test my line and find the fault then get back to me the following day. No one got back to me!! The only service that works not too badly is the WhatsApp bot service.
