Web Africa Support - Hung up on me

I Just attempted to log into my webafrica account but the customer zone refused the answer to my security question(I don't know why, it's my mothers ****en name, it's not like I would make a mistake entering that.)

Anyway, I was just holding on the line for 8 min and the call just ended abruptly. This is complete nonsense and a waste of my time and money.

I think they should contact me to resolve this since I have already wasted my time and money for nothing
