Web-Africa Support

I have an issue with my internet and has been trying to get hold of Web africa support, with no assistance except whatsapp, and still the tech on whatsapp is clueless as to the questions asked. They lack on the support function, which is sad. I'd advise people to be very careful when signing with web africa.
