WEB AFRICA SUCKS

Web Africa and their stupid support via whatsapp sucks because I choose not to use whatsapp. They have foolishly removed all other forms of support. How silly to limit their client interaction to whatsapp only.

Web Africa cons a person into end of next calendar month cancellation. I tried to cancel my service yesterday (01/02/2021) because I finally have fiber in my area but now cant query the fact that even though I want my service to end at the end of February, Web Africa is forcing me to remain subscribed until the end of March. - WHAT A RIPOFF!
