Web Africa slow service and bad communication

As a first time client, Web Africa has been quick to take my money, but slow to deal with the their sub contractors - Vumatel, to get me connected. Due to to both companies incompetant communications, I will probably be waiting another week to be connected due to router reconfiguration.
