Web Africa Shocking service

My internet has been down for one week. Service from Web Africa is disgusting. It takes hours to get hold of an agent on their WhatsApp line, It took a week of trying to talk to their agents. They treated my like I was lying refusing to believe me I eventually asked my IT man to help me. It took 3 hours on the WhatsApp line to convince them that the fault is on Webs Africa's side. Now on day 8 I still don't have internet
