Web Africa - SHOCKING SERVICE

Web Africa service is shocking I'm currently sitting on the phone and using the chat bot on whats app, I have been holding on the phone for nearly a hour, the Whats app bot keeps telling me there is no agents available and this has been going on for over a hour. The other issue that I have is that I was getting billed for a 20mb and I found out that I only have a 10mb line, I escalated this to Web Africa last week, they keep telling me it has been escalated but nothing happens, please can Web Africa address this before I take it further.
