Web africa services are the worst ever!!! Rendering services they can't even provide

I've been a client of web africa for the past 11months subscribered to a line of 200mbs up and down line.

For the last past 3 months I've had endless issues where my speed reads 1mbs 3mbs etc. When you call there's no assistance they end up telling you to chat on whatsapp I've done that almost a million times they end up taking so long to just reply to a simple message just in the end to not be of any assistance.

They keep telling me they've taken not and will assist but nothing.

I've upgraded to 1000mbs down and 500mbs up for the last past month and not once have I reached those speeds I've logged endless compliments I've requested mangers to call me almost about 20 times still nothing today again and no one is reaching out to me

But come month end and I'm being billed for a service that I don't even get.

They are so useless it's not even funny!!!

There's no way I'm paying a bill for a service ive never even reached its just there on statement but according to a number of test I've never gotten close to the amount!!
