I am beyond annoyed, I am actually at the level of being ****ed!. I have recieved nothing but subpar service from you guys and have been moved from pillar to post with no resolution. I have been in limbo for almost two months trying to get connection. You blame Frogfoot for the lack of connection and Frogfoot maintains they have no communication from you to say I have a problem they need to fix. To add onto the fact that I HAVE NOT been serviced correctly, you have BILLED me TWICE for no reason at all because you have given me no service to bill me for so in essence you’re *****ing from my account. I am TIRED of being escalated because there is no resolution from that and clearly no one cares. Not your call centre agents, WhatsApp teams( the worst) or your technicians. I would like to know how long both you and Frogfoot will continue *****ing from me because I can’t even get out of your contract without you billing me still. I WOULD LIKE SOME ANSWERS IMMEDIATELY!!!!
