Web Africa service stinks!

Ordered an LTE Sim only, after one month still waiting for delivery that was promised in two to three days. trying to get hold of someone that can help is not possible. live chat takes hours to speak to anybody; they still cannot help. went through five different people in about 5 hours of "live chat" This service is really unacceptable!
