I'm rating a 1 because there isn't a 0 or even minus 1. This company's service is the worst I've ever received in my life. They keep double debitng my account and I did countless enquiries but it just never gets resolved. The money was never refunded, after countless attempts with their agents. My wi-fi has been suspended even though they owe me money. They keep saying the money reflect in 2days but nothing this far & my wifi has been off whole month this company is so disgusting They tried debit my account twice again. I'm a very patient person but this back and forth has been happening since December, is no one competent enough to do a refund and resolve this matter?
