Web Africa service pathetic really

I have only been with their services for not even 4 weeks yet. Everything was amazing in the beginning and I even advised the agent who did a follow up call to check on me that it's working perfectly. Since then, EVERY NIGHT between 7pm and 10pm my services buffer!!!!! I have restarted and switched off my services and reached out to them via whatsapp but the problem persists!!!! I am so sick of this already I feel like canceling this service it's pathetic!
