Web africa **** service ever

The baddest service provider ever. They took my money in the beginning of December 2023 and its half of tbe month and i dont have internet, all my neighbors have internet for 2 weeks already its only me with nothing. The people i talk to just repeat the same **** every time of tbey working on it but nothing happens. If by the 15th December my internet isnt back on then im cancelling and im telling alot of other people to do same.
