WEb Africa 's service is beysond shocking - Time to move on

The worst experience in years since I have had fibre installed. I recently moved houses and previously was on Axxess via Vumatel. Now on WebAFrica via Metrofibre. The worst experience. Issues almost every week. I am now on day 3 without connection since Metrofibre has done maintenance in our complex in Kyalami. Their turnaround is 72hours, like really in this day and age where everything in the house is connected to the internet and also working from home. What are supposed to do in the 72 hours that we are still waiting for them. FNO will blame the ISP and the ISP will blame the FNO, no accountability whatsoever.

The other instance they (Metrofibre)gave my line to another house in the complex and was left with no connection for almost a week. Ref no. ***
