Web Africa is running a ********** business, with no means of being contacted, and no means of cancelling a contract. The online Dashboard cancellation button redirects you to a Whatsapp Bot who cannot provide answers, does not have an option to cancel, and is never able to connect you to an operator on a live chat. I have been trying for 3 months to cancel my contract. The Sales telephone number in Cape Town has never once been answered, and the entire operation seems to be run by a series of computers. This is the worst run ISP in the country by far, and I want my contract cancelled and my money refunded.
