Web Africa refuses Rica documents

Been struggling for 3 weeks to get 2 sim cards activated but the Rica guys keep rejecting my documents

I have used MTN contract accounts, my car license papers.

I have asked in Facebook groups and people have used both of these themselves and got the sim cards!!

Why am I singled out and where else can I get telkom data for this price range as if this is how it starts with WebAfrica then probably best I do not use their services!!
