Web Africa - Refund

This company is truly the worst, I cancelled my services with them in Oct of 2022. I know we should give 30 days notice and missed the mark then. I understood this but I assumed that by December I would not be billed for this month because November would be my last date of service and would no longer have fibre going forward. I consulted with an agent Puseletso H on their ridiculous live chat who confirmed they do bill in advance and confirmed my account is cancelled, the agent asked for proof payment which I sent a screenshot of the debit order on my bank app and asked when will my refund be sent but received not answer. I just want my refund that is all.
