Web. Africa. Really Bad service

Good day. I am with web africa. My fibre has been down since. Los of connection and its weekend so i tried getting help but the were not help full i cant get to contact any technicians coz its weekend. I have rebooted the router over and over nothing hapend this is really the worst service i am receiving and its not fair coz i pay on time every month
